Bike Ride to stay healthy!
My girlfriend has recently been helping motivate me to lose some weight, so we took up bike riding!
We biked a lot today, and explored near areas nearby we had never thought of going to. It was a great bonding experience for us too, as we get to see new places, take great photos, exercise, and create new memories.
I am really grateful to have her with me. She helps motivate me to eat healthier, work out, and stay positive.
I look forward to more bike rides together!
