1OAK Rentals Track Day!

I am proud that I have been able to turn my passion for driving into a business!

My customer provided me with his expectations, and in the end of the long day, he mentioned it was everything he could have wanted.

My customer had some track experience, but not much. As part of the package, I put my company track car in trailer and delivered the car to the track, unloaded, and went over the details with my customer. We went over the flag rules, various driving techniques, and how to best position his seat. However, what mattered most was the on track time! We were able to go out together, first with me behind the wheel showing him the racing line, what gear he should shoot to be in, and where and how to best hit the apexes.

After that, we did a lead and follow, where I got in another car, and he followed behind me so he could better see the line from the POV as a driver.

Finally, we did sessions with him driving and me in the passenger seat. At first, he was a bit too aggressive (he even went off one time), but with practice and guidance, his times improved drastically. He started out at 2:25 per lap, and ended with a 2:14 per lap time. I am very proud he was able to achieve that.
