EV Charger Install!

I am proud, excited, nervous, and amazed at the first EV Charger I was the lead on for getting installed. This project is extra special for me as I had to also work out a deal to upgrade the existing electrical infrastructure, and ensure the coding issues that came up during the install were solved. The inspector helped teach me various things to watch out for on future projects, and I am sure to take note!

This deal was also not easy to close with the property owner. He is a retired lawyer, who is very well versed in various deals, and he negotiated quite the contract with us! However, in the end, we came up with terms and conditions that were favorable for all parties involved. This deal also began back in November! It took a while to get the chargers (supply chain disruption anyone?!), and the permitting was also no walk in the park.

Nonetheless, the charger is installed, permit fully passed, and it’s ready to go!

I am grateful for the opportunity to work for them, and I look forward to working on new deals and projects in the future.
